Andy (is a) Dick and should keep his last name in his pants! Not only was Andy (42 yrs old) so intoxicated with alcohol, herbals, and xanax, but he also decided to harass two YOUNG girls who were not even half this Dick's age! Look at his face here! He looks like he is proud of what he has done. He looks like the evil joker! Apparently Dick-wad went up to these two young girls and grabbed one of their tank tops and bra down. You are gross! This slimeball was booked at the Southwest Detention Center and then taken to the Riverside County Sherrif's Department, and has now been released on a $5,000 bail. Unfortunately I wont be standing outside the jail saying "Free Dick" because then all the hoodrats would come running out. But seriously, he deserves a bit of time. Clean up your act Andy before you resort to 14 yr olds.
