Ok Ok first and for most you must remember that the bike companies only put out what the public cries for. Although some of these changes are going to be unwelcome by some of the zx6r boys, there is a demand!

Gone are the days of the undertail exhaust (looks like a honda 1krr move), and here for today is the side mount triangular exhaust. Dont worry though, this set up is good for the slash cut "let the world know your coming" exhaust fittings.

You might also notice that the new tail section looks a lot like a gsx-r tail. If you cant beat em join em huh Kawi?

The engine gets tweaked for more ponies at peak performance. Someone must have left a big sticky note with the words "smooth throttle response" and that would account for the enhanced mid-range. New double bore intake funnels help fatten up low and mid-range power. There was also some weight play moving things around for a new center of gravity. What does all this mean......

In a first for Showa, that new zx6r features the "Big Piston Forks", that has a piston almost twice the size of previous forks. They also boast lighter weight and less internal components with dive under braking now under better control.

The size of the bike has now compacted to help out you "red light tippy toers"!

This little monster is going to run you about 10G's and a wise investment for you kawi goers. Now as far as my weapon of choice.......... Lets just say you'll need more than a ninja with a red bull to get a set of these.....
