I went to a screening of this movie yesterday and it was Brilliant. Even at Over 2 hours long, this gripping period drama based on a true story kept me at the edge of my seat from start to finish. Set in the late 1920's 'The Changeling'  tells the story of single mum  Christine Collins who's 12 year old son Walter gets Kidnknapped  Vanishes. When the LAPD 'find' her son 5 months later, Christine insists that the child returned to her isnt her son even though the police insist it is. Jolie's performance of Christine as a desperate mother  was believeable and heartfelt. It was rumoured that the actress nearly turned down the role as she couldn't emotionally handle playing it being a mother herself. But being so well written and directed by  genuis  Clint Eastwood,  Jolie was persuaded and filmed early last year. Please go and see this movie , its brilliant ! Very sad and you might need tissues but definately worth seeing. I can see the Oscar buzz already.
