I'll put it bluntly. I got yet a ticket, my second one of this year. For what? Accelerating in a slow lane. But that's not exactly the premise of this post. What it is, however, is how "innocent drivers" are pulled over, yet, you have these mother fucks who drive like maniacs, cut people off, NEARLY cause accidents, and some how they are never caught.
