Bass Player - I have been playing bass since I was 21...on and off... I love music so I have tried to play many instruments. I've taken some lessons on piano, guitar, vocals, viola and drums. I'm known as bass player girl on Youtube. My Youtube videos got me into 3 bands, the opportunity to record with the legendary country songwriter, Charlie Craig, a short stint in a Hollywood band, a tv appearance on Tyra Banks Show with The Clipbandits, a spot on Good Morning America, and an interview on ABC World News.

Mom- I am a mother of 3 awesome children- Savana 17, Jacob 15, and Betsy 12. My oldest daughter is a rabid music fan...some of her favorites are Ween, Frank Zappa, Primus, Blur, Captain Beefheart, The Melvins, and They Might Be Giants. She is also an exceptional artist. She paints and draws in her own unique style. She has already been asked to do flyers, cd covers, paintings, webpages, and banners for many people.

My son is a video gamer. He loves Super Smash Brothers Melee and Super Smash Brothers Brawl the best. He's known for being a very funny big kid and everyone wants him to join the football team. He is very considerate of others and other parents always tell me how polite he is. :) He loves music and has played sax, trumpet, and oboe. He also plays keyboards.

My youngest daughter is 12 now and she loves to animate. She is also very good at sewing and playing keyboards. Her current animations can be seen on her Youtube site Darkkokiri. She is currently animating a book series by Erin Hunter called Warriors: Into The Wild.

I have never been married.
I was a tomboy- loved football and baseball & all sports growing up.

I was on a worship team at a non-denominational church for 2.5 years.
My mom's favorite bands are The Grateful Dead, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, and Pearl Jam.

Career- I am a dental assistant. That means I am the person who assists the doctor with treatment such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals. I enjoy dental assisting- but I am thinking of doing something else for the rest of my days as a member of the workforce. I have a store on eBay and I enjoy that very much. I mainly sell collectible pins and old toys.

Hobbies:
Playing music is a hobby for me because I don't do it as a job anymore.. I love to play guitar and sing. I make videos for Youtube for beginning bassists.
I also grow organic vegetables and though I do not adhere to a strict macrobiotic diet, I am well studied on macrobiotics and my diet is about 70% macrobiotic.
Photography and videography are also things I enjoy very much. I love to read and learn new things.
I am just now realizing how Youtube is great for learning new things. For example: Today I learned how to make a compost bin from a Youtube video.
Exercising is a regular part of my existence. I like to walk, run, lift weights, and do Callanetics with my best friend.
I am just learning about the stock market due to my interest in Microvision, a company that has come out with a mini laser projector called the Pico Show. Microvision produces the mini projector that will someday be in cell phones, Ipods, and in vehicles. It will allow you to project images on walls or anywhere so you won't have to look at a tiny screen all the time. See for yourself http://microvision.com I love new technologies. Though I haven't been keeping up with movies as of lately- I love movies. It's rare that I don't like a movie- the only type of movie that I have stopped watching is horror/murder/slasher type movies. It's just not good for you. I love Sci-Fi, War, Drama, Action, and Comedy movies and really really love 3D animated movies. Toy Story is one of my favorite movies ever. Back To The Future too. I don't watch much tv, but am a fan of 24 (got the dvds). I also love American Idol and just about any VH-1 show.

Music Fan- I have loved many bands over the years including Rush, Led Zeppelin, Stone Temple Pilots, Yes, King's X, Fates Warning, Queensryche, The Cars, DC Talk, Hall and Oates, Third Day and have had many favorite artists such as Eric Johnson, Pat Benatar, Michael Hedges, Dead Kennedys, Olivia Newton John, Rick Springfield, Warren Barfield, Toby Mac and Tori Amos. I have a wide range of musical likes- I have found songs that I love by Metallica and songs that I love by Joni Mitchell. I like songs from every style of music there is. My favorite bands in the whole world are Alter Bridge and 3lb Universe. If I knew I was going to die and could request one last show...it would be those two bands together.
